As Resourceful HR’s Director of Client Services, it’s my job to ensure our services surpass our clients’ expectations. That includes assessing their unique situation and recommending options that will meet their long-term goals. It also involves educating and informing our clients in a way that supports their current situation.

Recently a co-founder based outside of the United States contacted us because she needed to hire a local employee to support her company’s growth. This executive:

  • Had never recruited for talent in the U.S.
  • Was unfamiliar with local best practices for recruiting and retaining technical and sales talent
  • Did not know where to begin

I made recommendations about how Resourceful HR could support her recruiting needs, but I also educated her about how the process works in the U.S. With this additional knowledge and background, the executive became more comfortable with how recruiting and hiring worked locally.

Each client’s needs and goals differ. The process of working with them to understand their situation and then offer a solution grounded in our team’s extensive knowledge of HR and recruiting practices is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
