From our very first meeting, your consultant will partner with you to make a plan, springboarding off whatever processes and policies you have in place. Our team approach gives you a wealth of shared knowledge and resources, with expertise spanning all aspects of human resources. We work collaboratively in any environment, making smart use of tools and technology, providing support when you need it.

We help you ask the right questions, and we make sure you get the best answers. We help you recruit the people you need and get the right perks, benefits, and growth opportunities in place to keep them. We make sure your employees and your leaders have a strong base of support across the full spectrum of HR.

HOW DOES YOUR MONTHLY SUPPORT MODEL WORK?

Our montly service plans are designed to make an impact for your organization and accomodate your evolving needs. We generally find that a six-month commitment allows us to get to know your team and culture and make measurable progress against your people priorities. Each month, we work closely with you to determine what needs to be accomplished and we check in frequently to verify priorities and ensure you are getting the most out of your monthly investment.

HOW DOES THE TEAM APPROACH WORK? HOW DOES IT COMPARE TO HIRING JUST ONE PERSON?

Our team approach starts at the beginning of each relationship. We include at least two consultants at the kick-off meeting, so there will be more than one person who is briefed on your specific needs from the start. From there, you will have one primary point person, but behind the scenes, our team communicates and shares resources as needed, giving you a much more streamlined, economical way to have multiple consultants with varying specialties ready to advise as needed. This approach provides you with our team's wide breadth of experience, while allowing you to build a consistent relationship with one consultant who knows your business inside and out. Our is also available whenever you need it.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM MONTHLY SERVICE PLAN?

We are committed to making an impact in your organization and helping move your people initiatives forward, and that takes time. From our experience, there is a minimum level of support required for there to be forward progress and for our team to add real value to your organization. Monthly service plans mean we are dedicted to supporting you, and your specific needs and goals each month. So when a policy is needed, or a problem arises, we are ahead of the situation. We know the background, we know the right questions to ask, and we know how the situation will impact your organization as a whole.

DO YOU DO RECRUITING?

Certainly! Recruiting is one part of the holistic suite of HR services we offer. We can support your process from start to finish, handling everything from the initial job description and screening to coordinating with a staffing agency or working within an applicant tracking system. And we manage the process while maintaining a big-picture view of your company’s goals and culture. We do not handle recruiting as a standalone service.

MY OFFICE MANAGER HANDLES HR. HOW WOULD YOU WORK WITH THAT PERSON, AND WHAT DO YOU ADD TO THE PICTURE?

We have a lot of experience partnering with companies who already have some HR in place. We are happy to work with your team to help make faster progress toward your goals, in the way that works best for you. Each relationship is unique, and we will work closely with your team to recommend where we can best add value.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT MY NEEDS WILL BE, OR MY PRIORITIES CHANGE?

One of the best parts of the Resourceful relationship is that our consultants are flexible and responsive. We plan around your priorities and proactively address them, and we easily adjust as priorities change. When the unexpected happens, whether it’s an unhappy employee, a pressing need for a new policy, or a sudden ramp-up or reduction in staff, we’ll help you tackle whatever needs immediate attention, without losing sight of the big picture.
