JOB DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT
Conduct an FLSA review of current job descriptions and update them to accurately reflect job responsibilities. Determine any potentially required. exemption status changes
Conduct a comprehensive audit of HR practices and supporting documents and create a detailed report on findings with suggestions for areas of improvement.
Recommend and deploy hiring strategies and appropriate workflow for open positions, support interview training, manage agencies and contract recruiters, and support hiring managers with selection decisions.
EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT
Create an employee handbook and other related policies that reflect the organization’s mission, values, and desired culture while ensuring compliance.
Create, support and continually improve a consistent new hire experience that engages the new hire with the organization and the team and minimizes liability.Conduct new hire orientations as requested.
EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK STRATEGIES
Implement pulse surveys and other feedback initiatives to gather insights and develop an action plan that promotes engagement and retention. Cultivate a culture of feedback through training.
Actively advise on the termination of all exiting employees, making sure that all paperwork has been properly handled.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Create and manage a process that is aligned to the organization’s business and culture. Assist with process completion, proper documentation and any employee issues.
Create a compensation philosophy and work with leadership to annually review the organization’s pay structure and practices. Partner with One Digital compensation specialists for an additional fee as required and approved.
