DO YOU WORK WITH COMPANIES OUTSIDE OF SEATTLE?

Yes! The collaborative tools we use allow us to support organizations in remote locations, where HR talent can be hard to come by. Our work with Seabrook is a good example.

We feel that with the right technology and the right team in place, it’s absolutely possible to provide excellent remote HR support. We rely on strong, multi-layered communication throughout the course of the relationship, and our team approach (along with ) ensures there is always someone available to address your needs promptly.

If you are contacting us outside of regular business hours, Monday through Friday, you can expect a response when we arrive in the office the next business day.

DOES YOUR TEAM HAVE CERTIFICATIONS?

Yes, our team members hold a variety of HR certifications. And while certifications are a great way to learn the broad fundamentals, they are no replacement for years of experience. Our team members have a deep, solid understanding of the full spectrum of HR through our vast and varied experience.
