71 & Change is a change management consultancy that specializes in change advisory, execution, and project management. The organization had been outsourcing HR with another firm, but was notified that their HR support would be discontinued with just three weeks’ notice. A previous connection, A OneDigital benefits consultant, suggested Resourceful’s HR consulting as a potential solution.
The Need
71 & Change was looking for a partner who could team up with them on the day-to-day HR execution and collaborate with 71 & Change on big picture strategy. As a change management consultancy, they wanted their HR to be a champion of change.

The HR consulting team was a resource throughout the acquisition process and delivered appropriate guidance regarding HR programs, employee records and communication plans.
