Client Work

In my director of recruiting services role, I have the opportunity to offer strategic insight to companies about how to recruit and engage potential talent. Sometimes that involves handling our client’s entire recruitment process, and in other cases, it involves my team reviewing a client’s strategy and internal processes.

Recently one of our clients was struggling to recruit the candidates they need. Based on our review and feedback regarding their internal process, the client:

  • Updated and revised job postings that increased candidate interest
  • Evaluated and relaunched their employee referral program, and
  • Revised the careers page on their website to engage top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.

Whether we’re focused on providing insight about a process, developing sourcing strategies, or recruiting for a director-level talent search, it’s rewarding to put our team’s knowledge to use. Our depth of experience enables us to make recommendations that prepare our clients to connect with their talent pool and ultimately recruit the candidates they need.
