Stephanie is a seasoned HR/recruitment professional with over ten years of corporate full life-cycle recruiting and staffing experience. She has worked primarily in the software, energy/utility, wireless and wireless broadband industries. Experienced in recruiting process improvements (policies, procedures, best practices) as well as vendor management, she is accomplished in creating and developing sourcing strategies that range from college recruitment efforts to strategic director level talent searches. Stephanie possesses a proven ability to develop strong partnerships with hiring managers at all levels of management, by quickly ascertaining the needs of the organization, providing excellent customer service and presenting highly qualified candidates. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is trained in AIRS recruiting methodologies. She is a graduate of Washington State University, where she earned her BA in Political Science and minored in Business Administration.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, hiking and camping. She is also active in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts as well as supports several non-profits including Food Lifeline and WorldVision.
