Metered street parking is available on all sides of the block (2^nd Ave, Broad Ave, 1^st Ave & Clay St.)  Alternatively, you can park in the building’s parking garage which is on Clay Street between 1^st and 2^nd Avenues.  Take the garage elevator up to the 4^th floor.  On exiting the elevator, turn left and ring the bell at the glass door.
