Nancy supports the Resourceful HR team and our clients by assisting with program and service development, implementing efficient internal systems and processes to meet client expectations, organizing events and meetings, as well as managing external vendor relationships. She is a goal-oriented project manager and problem-solver who focuses on achieving results for her team and our clients. She received a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science at the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies at Seattle University. When Nancy is not working she serves on the board of directors for the Shilshole Bay Yacht Club and enjoys herding cats, sailing and learning new skills, such as winemaking.
