Michele is responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information for Resourceful HR's team. She also maintains our corporate website, assists with vendor selection and helps to produce reports, presentations and proposals. Her propensity towards language, math, science and understanding how things are connected has made her adept at research, analysis and creating systems that benefit business operations. She also possesses strong interpersonal and critical-thinking skills and is extremely organized. Previously, she served as a lab technician, where she helped others to work effectively as a team by managing information, organizing tasks and supporting the needs of the staff. Michele is trained in AIRS recruiting methodologies and received a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, after first majoring in physics, from the University of Washington. She is an active participant in her community and has studied five languages including Russian, German, Japanese, French and Dutch.

Michele enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids and husband as well as volunteering for her church and the Vashon Seals Swim Team. She also supports two kids through AHOPE for Children and India Gospel League.
