Kim is a knowledgeable human resources professional with an extensive generalist background. She is adept at enhancing communication channels by creating and implementing effective, company-wide programs including orientation, communications plans, supervisor reviews, employee attitude surveys and employee resource guides. She has also designed and delivered management skills workshops in performance management, employment law, compensation philosophy, EEO/AA and interviewing skills. Her experience includes serving in management and senior management roles for companies such as Foundation Bank, MDS Pharma, Zymogenetics, Inc. and Philips Medical. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in HR.

Kim’s favorite thing to do is spend time with family. She also enjoys traveling, reading, biking and volunteering for Little Bit Handicapped Riders.
