Resourceful HR is a human resource outsourcing, consulting and staffing solution, providing strategic support to serve our clients’ specific HR needs. We support our clients and their HR departments when and where needed.

Resourceful HR is currently seeking an HR Generalist.

Human Resources Generalist

Summary: The Human Resource Generalist will develop, implement and maintain HR programs for Resourceful HR client companies in support of their organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with management and client groups.
  • Research, analyze and present information that will enable the client to make solid HR related business decisions.
  • Develop, drive and support performance management and employee engagement initiatives that are aligned to the client’s business strategy.
  • Partner with and coach business leaders to facilitate organizational and cultural change.
  • Facilitate an open and inclusive environment that enables effective employee relations.
  • Serve as an objective employee resource and escalation path for employee relations issues.
  • Audit and advise client management on legal compliance issues.
  • Partner with peers and/or clients to develop various HR documents, tools and policies. Ability to create and deliver multiple written products by researching and developing requested deliverables.
  • Other Generalist duties may include compensation, training and educating clients on HR trends that affect their business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of directly applicable HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated competence in employee relations, coaching, HR program development and knowledge of employment laws (i.e. EEOC guidelines, FLSA, and ADA) required.
  • Must have excellent time management, problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to change momentum by balancing the needs of various clients on any given day.
  • Competence in managing client expectations and developing delivery/onsite schedules that work for the client and Resourceful HR.
  • Successful in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including attention to producing quality results.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
