Resourceful HR is currently seeking a sourcing specialist to satisfy the needs of our fast growing business.  This position is expected to start at 25-30 hours per week and will gradually increase to fulltime.  Must be available Monday-Friday during core business hours.

Summary:  This sourcing specialist will be responsible for sourcing highly qualified candidates for specialized, hard to fill positions and will work directly with our internal recruitment team with some direct client interaction.    

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal recruiting team and clients to thoroughly define sourcing criteria
  • Develop a multi-faceted, creative sourcing strategy for each position using a wide variety of channels (social networking, associations, research, referrals, networking, cold calls and job postings)
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of high quality candidates using your developed strategies and targeted searches
  • Monitor candidate quality and adjust sourcing to adapt to changing needs
  • Develop and manage key vendor relationships and niche recruiting sources
  • Develop sourcing and tracking reports to keep a pulse on the market and identify the best sources for finding top talent, per industry and position. 
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data ensuring candidate records are thoroughly captured and up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with other team members on current projects to ensure client expectations are achieved and to identify areas for continued service delivery improvement.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required.
  • Participate in service delivery and product development activities as requested.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years creative sourcing experience in a corporate recruitment environment.  Associates or Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
  • Successful track record identifying quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Creative candidate sourcing and research skills that go beyond job postings are required.
  • Detailed recruiting process skills and knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations is highly desired.
  • Strong internet research skills with knowledge of relevant employment related social media sites and job boards.
  • Ability to work with team members and clients in a virtual setting with minimal supervision and largely from home.  This requires an ambitious self-starter who functions well in a virtual team environment.
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a proven ability to manage all of the deadlines and details associated with the recruitment process.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including attention to producing quality results and developing relationships at all levels within the client’s organization.
  • Working knowledge of, or familiarity with, applicant tracking systems.  Sendouts preferred. 
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
